Hearty Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Place egg, coconut oil, butter, stevia, and hot water in blender jar. Let stand for 30-60 seconds, then blend on high for 10-15 seconds.
  2. Add strawberries, one at a time, blending between each one. The "smoothie" should get thick and cold. Enjoy immediately.
