Chocolate 'Muffin'

Preparation:

  1. In a microwave-safe custard dish or coffee mug, combine almond butter, butter, and cream cheese. Heat for 30 seconds; remove and stir thoroughly.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and combine with a fork or mini whisk until smooth. Microwave an additional 1:15-1:30. Turn 'muffin' onto a serving plate and allow to cool before eating.
