Chocolate 'Muffin'

Note: This recipe contains ingredients that
aren't part of the core MOVES plan. It is intended as a transition
recipe, meaning it is only appropriate for those who're just starting
out.
Ingredients:
- 1T almond butter
- 1T butter
- 2oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1T unsweetened cocoa
- a pinch of cinnamon
- stevia equivalent to 3T sugar or to taste
Preparation:
- In a microwave-safe custard dish or coffee mug, combine almond
butter, butter, and cream cheese. Heat for 30 seconds; remove and
stir thoroughly.
- Add remaining ingredients and combine with a fork or mini whisk
until smooth. Microwave an additional 1:15-1:30. Turn 'muffin' onto
a serving plate and allow to cool before eating.
