Place eggs in the bottom of a suace pan and add water 'til
there's approximately one inch of water between the tops of the eggs
and the surface of the water.
Place pan on high heat, uncovered. Once the water has reached
a rolling boil, remove pan from heat, cover, and let stand for 10
minutes.
Shock eggs in cold water. Peel eggs and cut them in half
lengthwise.
Place the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and stevia in a small
bowl and mix with a fork 'til fluffy. Fill egg whites with yolk
mixture. Garnish with paprika if desired.
