Flu Brew

- 3 cups Chicken or Beef Broth
- 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 6 cloves raw garlic, crushed
- 1-2 drops oregano oil
- Sea Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Bring broth to boil
- remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients
- Let steep for 5-10 minutes
- Strain into cup and drink
