Roast Garlic/Rosemary Chicken Thighs

- chicken pieces (6-8 thighs)
- 4-5 large cloves of garlic
- sea salt & pepper
- fresh or dried rosemary

Lay chicken pieces (6-8 thighs) skin up in roasting pan.

Finely chop 4-5 large cloves of garlic and sprinkle over chicken along with sea salt & pepper.
- Place sprigs of fresh rosemary over chicken pieces or sprinkle with dried rosemary.

Roast in oven at 350 about 1 hour.

Good and different just with the rosemary or just the garlic too.
