Roast Garlic/Rosemary Chicken Thighs

  1. Lay chicken pieces (6-8 thighs) skin up in roasting pan.
  2. Finely chop 4-5 large cloves of garlic and sprinkle over chicken along with sea salt & pepper.
  3. Place sprigs of fresh rosemary over chicken pieces or sprinkle with dried rosemary.
  4. Roast in oven at 350 about 1 hour.
  5. Good and different just with the rosemary or just the garlic too.
