Ginger Chicken
From Rachel G. in Texas
- Package of organic chicken tenders or breast (1 to 1.5 lbs)
- 1 medium onion sliced in strips
- 2T (or more) Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- Trocomare to taste (organic spice blend from Whole Foods)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed - I use a garlic press)
- ginger spice
- Sea salt to taste
- Heat oil in pan on low heat.
- Cut chicken into chunks with kitchen scissors.
- Place in pan with sliced onions and garlic.
- Let cook on low heat while you do other stuff and stir occasionally.
- Cook until onion is browned and chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle Trocomare to taste and then begin adding ginger until it is to your liking.
- Sea salt may be added as well.
This is a good dish to satisfy Asian food cravings!
Enjoy!
