Sauteed Green Beans

- Celtic Sea Salt
- Coarse Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Clean, snip ends of beans, leave long.
- Pour enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan.
- Add beans, salt & pepper.
- Saute on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Cover the pan but stir several times during cooking to ensure beans are turned.
Comments: We like these with lots of pepper. You can add some sliced fresh garlic also.
