Sauteed Green Beans

  1. Clean, snip ends of beans, leave long.
  2. Pour enough olive oil to coat bottom of pan.
  3. Add beans, salt & pepper.
  4. Saute on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Cover the pan but stir several times during cooking to ensure beans are turned.

Comments: We like these with lots of pepper. You can add some sliced fresh garlic also.
