Zucchini Milk

- Wash and cut off ends of large overgrown zucchini.
- Peel if the green color is a problem.
- Cut into manageable chunks, about 1" cubes.
- Fill the blender jar or food processor about half full.
- Set on whatever setting doesn't burn up your motor, until a liquid consistency.
- Peeled zucchini gets to this point sooner.
Zucchini milk can be used as is for substituting for heavy cream or condensed milk, or diluted with water for replacing other milks.
