Russian Salad Dressing

- 1 cup tomatoes (whole canned) or thick juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- Stevia to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 small green onion OR 1 tsp onion powder
- optional - 1 tsp horseradish powder
- optional - 1 garlic clove
- Blenderize until smooth, makes about 2 cups.
