Ground Beef & Spaghetti Sauce

- 2 lbs ground beef (preferably organic)
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 6 oz tomato paste from can
- 28 oz whole peeled tomatoes from can
- 1.5 teaspoons fresh oregano
- sea salt to taste
- Saute meat with other ingredients in pan over medium-high heat
- Use spatula to chop up pieces of ground beef to have a finer consistency
- Continue stirring until done
Comments: Can be served over veggies of your choice or eaten plain.
