Orange Coloured Vegetable Herb Sauce

- 1 Onion
- 1/4 Swede (Ratbaga)
- 1/4 Broccoli
- Can of Organic Tomatoes (or 4 fresh)
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Teaspoons Lemon Grass
- 1 Teaspoon Sage, Dried or Fresh
- 2 Teaspoons Corriander - powdered or fresh
- Pepper and Celtic Sea Salt to taste
- Heat Olive Oil in pan. Chop and add the onion and saute very lightly (for a min or two
- Chop Swede and Broccoli and add, cook for 10 mins.
- Chop and add remaining Ingredients. Cook for 15-20 mins until all veges are soft.
- Let cool by placing pan in water, blend and put back on the heat. Serve Hot
