Crockpot Turkey

  1. If frozen, defrost turkey.
  2. Season inside and out with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly pack cavities with onions.
  4. Close cavities and fasten with skewers and string.
  5. Place on trivet in removable liner.
  6. Brush with melted butter.
  7. Place in liner.
  8. Cover and cook on auto for 7 hours, low for 9-11 hours or high for 5 hours.
