Corned Beef and Cabbage

- 3 beef brisket
- 1 cabbage -- cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 2 Bay leaves
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Place corned beef in Crock pot.
- Add other ingredients except cabbage.
- Cover, and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours.
- Approximately 2 hours before it's finished, add the cabbage and continue to cook.
