Super Tender Crockpot Chicken

- One whole chicken
- One large-medium onion (peeled)
- Paprika to taste
- Sea Salt or lite salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Rinse chicken and add seasonings
- Season the inside cavity too
- Peel your onion and place inside the cavity.
- Place in crockpot breast side up.
- Paprika on breast (this gives the chicken a browned appearance).
- Cook on low for 5-8 hours
Comments: Remove carefully - meat is very tender.
You can also reuse the broth that is left over
for other recipes.
