Crockpot Chicken and Vegetables

- 2 chickens -- cut into 8 pieces each
- 1 small head cabbage -- cut into 8 wedges
- 2 small zucchini -- cut into 1/4s
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or lite salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- Put the chicken in the crockpot, then add all other ingredients.
- Cook on low for overnight (8 hours or so) or high about 6 hours.
