Crock Pot Cabbage Rolls
- 12 lg. cabbage leaves
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef/pork
- 1 cup grated cauliflower
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp stevia
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Immerse cabbage leaves in large kettle of boiling water for 3 minutes or until limp; drain.
- Combine egg, onion, salt, pepper, beef, and cauliflower.
- Place about 1/4 cup filling mixture in center of each loaf, fold in sides and roll ends over meat.
- Place in crockpot.
- Combine tomato sauce with stevia, and lemon juice; pour over cabbage rolls.
- Cover and cook on slow 7-9 hours.
Makes 6 servings.
