BBQ Crockpot Chicken

  1. Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
  2. Add other ingredients (except chicken).
  3. Stir until well blended.
  4. Bring to a boil, and lower heat.
  5. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Place chicken pieces in crockpot and pour sauce on top.
  7. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  8. Alternately, you can just pour the sauce over frozen chicken, and cook an additional 2 hours (6 hours total) on low
  9. Chicken is very moist, soft and tender and falls apart when you eat it!
