BBQ Crockpot Ribs

- 10-15 Ribs (or 1 slab) cut into individual rib pieces
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon lite or sea salt
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia (or to taste)
- Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
- Add other ingredients (except ribs).
- Stir until well blended.
- Bring to a boil, and lower heat.
- Let simmer for a few minutes.
- Place rib pieces in crockpot and pour sauce on top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Alternately, you can just pour the sauce over frozen ribs, and cook an additional 2 hours (8 hours total) on low
- Ribs are very moist, soft and tender and fall apart when you eat it!
