Blender Hollandaise Sauce


  1. Melt butter.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Place egg yolks, lemon juice, water and seasoning in the blender
  4. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
  5. Open the top of the blender and slowly pour in hot butter in a thin stream while blending.
  6. Hollandaise sauce will be thick and creamy.
