Roast Beef Hash

- 1 medium zucchini
- 2-3 tbsp. butter
- Sea Salt (to taste)
- Roast beef
- Peel skin off of then shred zucchini.
- Dice or shred roast beef.
- Melt butter and add beef.
- When juices start to flow from beef add Shredded zucchini.
- Salt to taste and cook until golden brown.
