Debby - Menu Plan

Meal 1:
Scrambled eggs with green onions and anaheim peppers in coconut oil

Meal 2:
Stir fried chuckroast with zucchini and green onions in coconut oil

Meal 3:
Beef and vegetable stew done in crockpot

Comments: I keep things pretty simple in my meal plans as I find this helps me avoid having to do complicated shopping trips and cooking all the time. This meal plan might be on a weekend, but on weekdays I usually make one large dish and eat from that all day for all meals.
